Semify has acquired Dragon Metrics in a move aimed at strengthening its global search engine optimization services. The deal will help Semify improve its use of artificial intelligence in SEO and expand its reach across international markets.
Semify is a United States based marketing company that provides white label digital marketing software. By bringing Dragon Metrics into its platform, Semify plans to offer smarter AI driven SEO and reporting services to agencies and businesses worldwide.
Dragon Metrics is based in Hong Kong and is known for its SEO AI and pay per click reporting tools. Its technology supports search performance tracking across many global search engines, including those commonly used in China Korea and Japan. It also tracks performance in AI generated search overviews. This gives Semify stronger coverage beyond North America and Europe and deeper access to major Asian search markets.
Patrick Briggs Chief Executive of Semify said the acquisition is an important step in the company’s goal to lead in AI powered optimization services. He emphasized that advanced reporting tools are becoming critical as search marketing continues to shift toward AI focused models.
As part of the deal Dragon Metrics co founder and Chief Executive Simon Lesser will join Semify as Chief Product Officer. In this role he will guide product strategy and lead the combined engineering teams. The integration will bring together Dragon Metrics’ analytics strengths with Semify’s existing fulfillment and optimization services for agencies and resellers.
Semify said the acquisition significantly expands its global measurement and reporting capabilities. The company did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction.
